Baltā muiža
Viena no apkaimes krāšņākajām vietām vēsturiski bijusi Baltā muiža (Weissenhof, Вейссенгофъ), kas līdz mūsdienām nav saglabājusies. Senākā muiža šajā teritorijā bija izveidojusies jau 17.gs. Taču līdz mūsdienām plašāka informācija saglabājusies par 18.gs. otrajā pusē celto muižiņu, kas tika celta kā vasarnīca baroka stilā, ar greznām terasēm. Tieši šo muižiņu savos zīmējumos ir iemūžinājis ar K. Broce 1793.gadā. 18./19. gs. mijā esošās muižas vietā tika uzcelta jauna vienstāva ēka ar mansarda jumtu un mezonīnu, bet tā vairs nebija grezna vasaras atpūtas vieta.
19.gs. vidū Baltā muiža bija kā sava veida Pārdaugavas latviešu tikšanās vieta. Šajā laikā to nomāja latvietis Aleksandrs Rēze, kurš bija agronoms un muižas laukus izmantoja lauksaimniecībai. Pie viņa 19. gs. 60- tajos gados Pārdaugavas latvieši tikās ar jaunlatvieti Krišjāni Valdemāru, cenšoties dibināt Latviešu rakstniecības biedrību, ko gan neizdevās īstenot.
Muižas ēkas 1944.gadā nodedzināja tās īpašnieks E.Universs, kad tai tuvojās padomju armija. Vienīgās liecības par Balto muižu šodien glabā Baltā iela, kas izveidojusies no muižas parka galvenās alejas.
